![]() William "Billy" Anderson is a celebrated Speaker, Author, Trainer, and Success Coach. He is the CEO & Chief Success Officer of The Vision Catalyst Group of Companies: Vision Catalyst Enterprises, Fierce Life Now, LLC, and the Founder and Director of the award-winning Fierce Life Youth (FLY) Football Camps for "Kids of Promise". In addition, Anderson is the author of the upcoming Book: “Life in the Key of G: A Spiritual Journey to Purpose and Harmony” Coach Anderson earned his undergraduate degree in Interpersonal, Organizational and Systems Communication, from Stanford University. He also completed Graduate training in International Business at Arizona State University , WP Carey School of Business as well as Graduate training in Spiritual Leadership at Trinity Theological Seminary. While at Stanford, Anderson shined as both a gifted scholar and athlete; excelling in the classroom as well as being a leader and standout performer for the Cardinal Football Team. Anderson compiled athletic accolades that include being a 2-time Bowl Champion, the PAC-8 Conference Kick Return yardage leader, Stanford's Special Teams Captain and winner of the coveted Stanford Football Unsung Hero Award. Coach Anderson's leadership prowess was developed under the tutelage of some of the world's most noteworthy and accomplished Academics, while also being personally coached and mentored by legendary Coach Dennis Green and NFL Hall of Fame and 3-Time Super Bowl Champion, Head Coach, Bill Walsh. Anderson’s professional talents have been proved through over 35 years of senior leadership success in the Corporate & Non-Profit Executive Suites. In the Private-Sector, Anderson directed global businesses in the Microelectronics industry; achieving record-breaking revenues in excess of a billion dollars. In the Non-Profit arena, he helped build and lead organizations which provide support and uplift to incarcerated men, women and youth, returning Combat Veterans suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and impoverished children and families in Central Africa. In 2006 Anderson was declared a Phoenix Street Saint by formal proclamation of (then) Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano. In 2014 he was awarded the Lincoln Ragsdale Outstanding Director Award by the Black Board of Directors Project. The Stanford Football Program honored him by creating the “Stanford Football-Billy Anderson Commitment to Community Outreach Award” in 2016; which is awarded annually to a member of the Varsity Football Team. In 2017 Anderson was bestowed a Jefferson Award (referred to as the Nobel Prize for Public Service) by the Jefferson Awards Foundation and KPIX/CBS News Bay Area. "Billy”, as he is fondly known by friends and colleagues, is a protégé of world-renowned, motivational speaker Les Brown, and a founding member of the Les Brown Maximum Achievement Team. He is a Les Brown Certified Speaker, Coach & Trainer.
